As a yoga teacher, athlete and life coach my yoga classes teach anatomically correct yoga that allows you to access new levels of strength, balance and capabilities that can be transferred off of the mat!
I’m here to put an end to the idea that yoga is “just” for middle aged women who want to stretch and relax.
It’s not!
Yoga is a deeply physical practice created for strength, balance and mobility. Allowing you to live your life fully.
I teach postural and alignment based yoga classes that will lead you to better muscle engagement, increased balance and range of mobility.
And yes, you will relax too.
But my classes are about strength and growth and can be adapted to all abilities. I encourage you to use blocks, straps, chairs and blankets to access the healing practice of yoga at your level!
My yoga journey began in my university bedroom in 2013, and became an inseparable part of who I am as I lost my Mum to terminal cancer over the years of 2015-2017.
Yoga began as a practice of survival. I journey through disassociation, pain, grief to healing, growth and peace.
Yoga taught me so many things during this period of total upheaval. But my pratice taught me many lessions that I have transferred off my mat and into my life. Many lessons that I now teach in my life coaching and Human Design business.

Whether you are brand new to yoga,
have been practicing for a while but are looking for something new,
have heard about the benefits of yoga but haven’t be able to find a class that fits your schedule,
are looking for a practice grounded in the healthy alignment and structure of your physical body,
or have specific a goal in mind (be it recovery, mobility, or strength).
All bodies are different and teaching private classes allows me to cater to your needs, your schedule, your body and your goals.
Classes can be 1:1 or with up to 4 students and are fully customisable.
